Role: Store HR Executive
Role Description: The candidate shall be responsible for taking in a responsibility of the HR Payroll and attendance interacting with other departments in the Organization ecosystem.
Reporting to – Head of Talent Acquisition and Business Operations
Compensation – 1.8 Lacs – 2.5 Lacs (No bar for the right candidate)
Role Requirement:
 Preferably Graduate/ MBA
 0-1 years of experience in preferably in Attendance and Payroll
 Should be dynamic, proactive, multitasking and have passion to work.
 Strong people skills and ability to work with engineers.
 Ability to handle multiple handovers at the same time.
 Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities
 Effective process and time management skills.
 English Communication is must
 Should have expertise in MS word, excel and power point

1. Attendance of office employees and site engineers
2. Day to day coordination with the employees
3. Keeping data of all the employees
4. Leave update, Daily progress report.
